Sergeant Major Thomas Fuller

Sergeant Major Thomas Fuller entered the Army in August 1987. After completing Basic Training, Advanced Individual Training, and Airborne School at Fort Benning, Georgia, he was assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division in Korea. He also served with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, Louisiana. In June 1996, Fuller was assigned to the 75th Ranger Regiment at Fort Benning, Georgia, where he served in positions as squad leader, platoon sergeant, first sergeant, and as the regimental operations sergeant major. He served three combat deployments to Afghanistan and deployed three times to Iraq, including Operation Desert Storm.

Military Schooling: Basic Training, Advanced Individual Training, and Airborne School, Fort Benning, Georgia (1987).

Awards and Decorations: Bronze Star Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals, eight Army Commendation Medals, seven Army Achievement Medals, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Overseas Service Medal, Korean Defense Medal, Kuwaiti Liberation Medal, Master Parachutist Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Military Freefall Parachutist Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge (2nd Award), Expert Infantryman Badge, and Ranger Tab.

SGM Fuller is married to the former Charitie L. Garner from Woodbury, Georgia. They have three children Amanda, Cabella and Roby.
