Taps, Present Arms Fermin "Chico" Juarez Captain (Retired) Fermin "Chico" Juarez, 59, died March 30, 1999 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born November 3, 1939, in Fairview, Texas. CPT Fermin was veteran of the Vietnam War. After retiring from the U. S. Army, "Chico" was 26-year resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, and was employed by and retired from Titanium Metals Corporation. CPT Fermin was buried with full military honors at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City, Nevada.
