First Class Andrew N. Jackson, 93, Service Pistol Shooter, died
March 12, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1960, SFC Jackson won the
National Trophy Individual Pistol Match (Custer Trophy) with a score
of 294-12x, was a member of the winning National Trophy Team, and was
a member of the USA team in the Mayleigh Cup International Pistol
Match. He was awarded the U. S. Army
Distinguished Rifleman Badge in 1960. |
