Minutes of the Meeting
February
2004
1. Monthly Meeting: The monthly Executive Board Meeting of the
Military Marksmanship Association was held February 26, 2004 in the
Army Marksmanship Conference Room.

b. Board Members Absent: None.
c. U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit Representative:
CPT Howe, USAMU Operations Officer.
d. Guests: None.
e. Call to Order: A quorum being
present, the President called the meeting to order at 11:20.
2. Treasurer's Report: Motion made, seconded, and carried to
approve the Treasurer's Report for January 2004. Additionally, the
Treasurer provided a financial preview for February 2004.
3. Minutes: Motion made, seconded, and carried to approve the
Minutes of the Executive Board Meeting held on January 15, 2004 and
the Minutes of the Annual Membership Meeting held on January 23, 2004.
4. Unfinished Business:
a. Tax-exempt Status: The President
noted that the association's tax-exempt application had been
submitted to the IRS and had not been returned.
b. (Not used)
5. New Business:
a. USAMU Report: None.
b. Reunion Dates: In coordination with
USAMU, the date for the 48th USAMU Anniversary/MMA reunion was agreed
upon as October 22-24, 2004.
c. MMA Times/Membership Directory: Mr.
Berry announced that input for the March issue of the MMA Times was
due not later than March 5, 2004. Membership noted that current
membership was 453. It was decided to print 550 copies of the 2004
Membership Directory to cover membership renewals for the reunion.
MMA Times/Membership Directory mail out was scheduled for 10:00 AM,
Friday, March 19, 2004.
6. Next Meeting: The next Executive Board Meeting is scheduled
for 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 25, 2004, in the USAMU Conference Room,
Building 243, Fort Benning, Georgia.
7. Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 12:30 PM.
